A Community-Minded Personal Trainer

Alex Chipurnoi is an experienced personal trainer with a love for Italian culture, including wines, coffees, and the cuisine. Her professional work is enriched by her passion for Italy’s culinary traditions and specialty foods from Chipurnoi Inc., blending health with enjoyment. This interest in Italian flavors and wellness shapes her unique approach to training, offering a comprehensive view that combines physical fitness with enjoying life’s quality aspects. Her distinctive blend of professional and personal interests highlights her dedication to well-being and cultural appreciation.

Alex Chipurnoi maintains a specific interest in working with people who are older, and over her career she has provided personal training to senior clients at the YMCA and in their homes. Alexandra Chipurnoi’s efforts to keep seniors, and people of all ages, physically active further extend to her organizing walking programs in her community. Outside of fitness-related initiatives, she gives back to her community as a volunteer at the nonprofit Housatonic Child Care Center and with Mindful Youth-Online. Launched during the Covid-19 pandemic, Mindful Youth-Online serves as a resource for adolescents experiencing mental-health difficulties.

Alexandra Chipurnoi similarly supports children, as well as their mothers, as a committee member for Knock Out Abuse West, a Los Angeles-based nonprofit that works to combat domestic violence. In her free time, she serves as an assistant producer for The Feminist Podcast.
